The Penang Family Health Development Association (FHDA) appreciates interested donors who wish to help the needy and underserved. 

They have no fixed address, lost IC, chronically ill, some affected by HIV, and have no income during the recent COVID-19 MCO / PKP.

They borrow money for food or go hungry.

Let's bring smiles to their faces. :-)
